Interview setup in a renovated home in High Point North Carolina for a Wolfe Homes project

Filming homeowners in a house Wolfe Homes renovated. Hundred year old bones, modern everything else.

Thirty minutes from our office. A High Point shoot is a normal day for us, not a travel job.
What we make
Documentary style video. No scripts, no actors, no staged shots. We sit down with the people who do the work and build the video around what they actually say.
Brand story videos, client testimonials, case studies, recruiting video, and safety training. One shoot day usually produces a main video plus a dozen or more shorter cuts.
High Point Market
Market runs twice a year and brings several hundred exhibitors into the same few blocks, all competing for the same walking traffic.
Booth video has about five seconds to be worth stopping for, and it has to work with the sound off. That is a different build than a website video, and most exhibitors do not plan for it.
The other thing most exhibitors skip is what happens after. You come home with a list of people who stopped at your booth and then send them a text email. The same shoot that produces a booth loop can produce follow up content, a website video, and social cuts.
Filming should happen four to six weeks before the show. For an October Market, that means filming in late summer.

Furniture and manufacturing
High Point is a manufacturing town and always has been. Furniture, textiles, and the supply chain around both.
The problem in that world is the same one every manufacturer has. What makes a company good is visible on the floor and impossible to explain in a conference room. A buyer comparing suppliers on a spec sheet has no way to see the difference between careful work and adequate work.
That is what a documentary video is for.

What a shoot day looks like
Arrive mid morning. Interviews run twenty minutes each. Then a few hours filming the work itself while it happens.
Nothing staged, no line stopped, out by mid afternoon. Here is the longer version.
We also shoot events, nonprofits, and residential work across High Point.
The first question we ask
What makes you different from the other companies doing what you do?
Most owners cannot say it in a sentence. That is the finding, not a failure, and figuring it out is the first part of every project.
