We shoot in Winston Salem regularly. It is thirty minutes from our office in Greensboro, which means a shoot day there is a normal day, not a travel job with travel costs attached.
What we make
Documentary style video. No scripts, no actors, no staged shots.
We sit down with the people who actually do the work, ask the questions nobody else asks, and build the video around what comes out. Brand story videos, client testimonials, case studies, recruiting video, and safety training.
One shoot day usually produces a main video plus a dozen or more shorter cuts you can use for a year.
Who we work with in Winston Salem
Manufacturers and contractors mostly. Forsyth County has a deep manufacturing base, and the companies doing that work have the same problem almost everywhere: what makes them good is visible on the floor and invisible in a conference room.
We have also shot political and campaign work downtown, event coverage, and nonprofit storytelling. If it involves getting a real person to say something true on camera, it is the same job.

Why local matters here
Two practical reasons.
No travel line item. We do not itemize travel for anywhere in the Triad. A Winston Salem shoot is priced the same as a Greensboro one.
We can come see the space first. Walking a plant floor or a job site before shoot day changes what we film. That is a lot easier when the drive is thirty minutes instead of three hours.
What a shoot day looks like
Arrive mid morning. Set up the interview space while the floor or the job keeps running. Interviews run twenty minutes each, so five people takes under two hours. Then a few hours filming the work itself.
Out by mid afternoon. Nothing staged, nobody told where to stand, no line stopped for a shot.

The first question we ask
It is not about video.
What makes you different from the other companies bidding the same jobs?
Most owners cannot answer that in a sentence, and that is not a failure. It is the finding. If four companies all say quality, service, and family owned, the buyer picks on price because nobody gave him anything else to pick on.
Figuring out the thing only you can say is the first part of every project. Everything after that is just how we say it.
